A maximum of 300 attendees will be accommodated.

Registration Rates and Payment Methods

Since there is a limited capacity of 300 attendees, it is highly recommended that you register as early as possible. Registrations will be confirmed on a first-come, first-serve basis. The conference registration fee includes the conference program, opening reception and banquet dinner. Accommodations can be added at an additional cost (recommended).

Only registered participants are entitled to attend the scientific sessions. An official confirmation of registration will be issued to all registrants upon receipt of payment. Please bring this confirmation with you to the conference site.

Payment in US Dollars ($) must accompany all registrations. No registration will be confirmed until the payment is received. Payment can be made by VISA, MasterCard and Discover Card.

Important Notes

1. Registrations will only be honored with a full payment.
2. Only the forms of payment listed above are acceptable. Company and personal checks are not accepted.
3. Currency exchange charges, bank collection fees, and credit card fees are the responsibility of the registrant.
4. Payments will not be sent via postal mail. The Organizing Committee shall not be liable for any losses.

Insurance and Liability

By registering for the IFP and PPDUP conference 2014 in Los Angeles, you agree that the Organizing Committee does not accept any liability. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements in respect to health and travel insurance.

Confirmation of Registration

When your online registration form plus payment are received by the Organizing Committee, you will receive a confirmation by email. For those who have not received a confirmation within 7 days, please contact the Organizing Committee at info@PPDUP.org. Additionally, please bring a copy of the registration form, as well as proof of payment of your registration fee with you when you travel to the conference.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued after registration under any circumstances.
